do what most of us do...

    1. go to school, learn to use flash, photoshop, illustrator etc.

    2. read tutorials instead of posting stupid questions here.

    3. get a clue!!!! nobody here is going to do your work for you.

i'm so fed up with this guy... seriously.

weilerino, I dont really think that is called for....

tyzoo, you need to look at some photoshop brushes websites, quite a few have tutorials showing how to achieve those types of effects

Doing a simple google search for 'photoshop brushes' will yield a ton of results.

This is a Photoshop skill, not really anything to do with Flash.

    Try this:

    * Put drops of indian ink on a piece of paper
    * Spill some coffee on a piece of paper
    * Draw some scribbled lines with an artline pen on a piece of paper

Scan these in using a flatbed scanner. Colorize them blue then put each image into a separate layer (using Multiply) in Photoshop. Align them to suit your tastes and remove sections you dislike by using the eraser.

You should be able to get a similar effect by messing around a bit. Sometimes silly things like this create cool effects like the one in your link.
