Inserting Keyframes-Shortcut

Is there a shortcut for inserting keyframes?
and
Is there a way to insert keyframe on multimple frames at a time?

Go under "Edit" and select "keyboard shortcuts". That will allow you to assign your own shortcut.

Also, select the frames you want to be keyframes and right click. Go down to "Convert to keyframes" instead of just "insert keyframe".

yh sure

u can insert keframes by pressing F6 key

and if u want to add multiple keyframes u can do it with same key.
just select the frames on which u want keyframes and press F6 key
