    Flash overlapping DHTML menu

Hi there! i have not used Flash for a very long time and have recently encounter a problem. Hope i'm not being dumb for asking such a question.

I'm supposed to add a flash animation into a HTML page.
The problem is, there is a DHTML dropdown menu above the flash animation and it overlaps the dropdown menu entirely.

I've tried to place both items into layers, setting the dhtml menu as the top layer but it doesnt solve the problem.

I hope the experts here can give me some advices.

    Thanks in advance.
