    Setting boundries when scrolling movies

Hi everyone. Really stupid question here. I usually use the scroll bar that has the dragger on it, this way I can avoid learning how to set boundries when I'm using a two button scrollbox.

I finally decided to face my fears and try to do this but I can't find any tutorial or movie that does this.

Thanks so much for you help! The FLA should be attached.

Anyone know how I can make this movieclip scroller stop at the boundries? Can I use "if" statements? How could I do this?
    Thanks,
    Justin
