URGENT HELP NEEDED!! Important Url Recovery

Okay I have been working on an assignment for University. I have been heavily relying on 2 key links for the report that I am doing.

Anyway, my bro was on the computer after me (probably viewing porn) and when I get back on. Not only are the cookies, history, and cache deleted, but the two links that I bookmarked are gone also.

I searched google for like 4 hours before coming here and still can't find the sites.

Can anyone tell me how to retreive it? I know it must be in temp somewhere, or maybe there is some other way to find recently viewed sites.

I need these links for monday, if I don't include them in references I could get caught for plagarism (which is a big no no). But I don't have time to redo the project without the links either.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks

What were the sites about/called? Someone might know them or might be able to guide you back.

As for the data recovery, I have no idea really. Couldn't you do a search for text cited?

Problem was I didn't quote word for word, but I still need the sources for reference. Its Management Info Systems class. The project is regarding using MS Access to create client information databases for use on the web. Needless to say there are a lot of sites with that info. I looked at 200 different sites but these were two real good articles.

If you remember the first 2 or so letters of the URL, you should be able to find it.

his recent history is gone, as is the ability to type letters into the browser in order to get the suggestion from IE for help.

are you sure all cookies are gone? look for spyware in your pc, if you got any of those that track your internet activity, there might be a log, or a cookie with info of what sites you've visited (first time i think of that spayware might be usefull).

yeah right, they always say that: "the time will come...you'll be contacted, they'll pick us up and we all will go to their planet inside their nice spaceship". That's a lie, the truth is they are already here, you can be one of them, you've already been replaced.
