Hey,
I want to edit the - Scroll bar in the flash compents in Flash MX 2004.

How can I do that, (is it possible?)

when you click on the arrows I want them to light up - a tint of red. and I want to tint the scroll bar to match the site background (Hex #F6F6F3)
