    I rad this earlier today. How can you not notice a nail going up through your ching and into your skull? And what a rusty nail!

    From the X-ray, I don't see how it could get where it is, without going through his chin or throat first. Unless he was just standing there with his mouth open. Way open.

    I think it's absurd. The hospital reported that this was the SECOND case of this there.

    How could you not realize what had happened? Mind-boggling.

    they say that if something hurts so much, like being shot in the chest, the initial pain would be blocked out by the brain, and you wouldnt feel it. Since it didnt hit any vital organs (except the tip of the brain), and didnt cause any internal bleeding, the pain felt afterwards was minimal. most of the nose is cartilage or air anyway.
