    Frame Speed for an intro

I am about to start work on a new intro and was just wondering what a good frame speed would be so that everything will run smoothly. 12 fps seems a bit slow.

    Edit/

I would also like to know a standard size for the movie. It will be shown on the web....so dimensions in pixels would be appreciated.

12fps is the most common speed, but if your wanting smooth animation you may want to try 24fps. This is the same as what you see on TV (in UK anyway, it might be 25fps in USA I'm not sure). Though I've experienced and read about sound sync problems at this speed, so don't be surprised if you have problems at 24fps. As for size, it really depends on where it's going on a page. If it's an intro. with nothing els eon the page, just stick with the default 550x400 size. You can change it if you like but don't go much wider than 700 pixels, otherwise people on 800x600 res might have some side scrolling to do.

    Actually it's 34 fps, and you're covered cross-platforms
