Is it hard to implement a scrolling up/down bar like shown in the news section on there?

Tried searching on how to do one of these a while ago but couldnt find any..anyone know of any?

Wow, digging the site. I just absolutely love the idea of having that little black bar at the top and the bottom of the page. I'd really appreciate someone linking me to a tutorial on doing that. Its amazing.

looks nice. Only problem I had was when i opened up a fourth section, the navigation for portfolio disappeared, until I saw the tiny little scrollbar arrow at the bottom. So some usability issues I think could be worked out.

Nice design though.
