    Optimal settings for low bandwidth

    I'm interested in providing some video with audio and have been experimenting trial and error with the settings. Perhaps others have already found the best settings??

    Hi.
    Flix comes with 56k presets and those are the recommended starting point for low bandwidth.
    If you want to provide higher quality output to low bandwidth viewers you may want to check out the preloaders included with Flix Pro (SWF tab). Then you can preload a certain amount of the video before it starts to play.
    Complete descriptions of the preloaders are in the included help file.

    Thanks for the reply - the presets really help by showing what settings are changing.

    Also, this link is to a discussion of how to get better quality and I'm trying to optimize on small file size, but I found it quite a useful discussion of the ramifications of different settings:
