I like it. It is pleasantly addicting. The mood is very peaceful and calm, but somehow I couldn't stop playing. I got 91.

The art style and music matches quite well. I'm not very good at these kind of games and got a pathetic score.

well, you have to hit the red ball and you use arrow keys to turn the cannon and space bar to fire. That's about it for now. You also must not hit the "mushes" that fly up and if you do then you loose some euros .

It's a nice twist on "Paratroopers". I like the graphics and the music works well with it.

I was wondering when you will have the other 3 games done. I am very curious as to what they are. Can you give us any dates. Thanks.

    Okay....

Thats some nice code you got there , but the game itself is very boring...
Maybe add some RPG elements, like buying stuff with the money you get...

    Good Luck ~

    nah,
it was supposed to be a set of 5 min. office games. RPG element's wouldn't go with it.

    However,
    my next project is RPG
I just got myself this really nice book about Hr. Giger (the one that created "Alien") and I'm really inspired by some of his illustrations.

This next game will be about insects and sex with RPG elements. All vector.
Guess I'll have to put on hold my "Wars of sects" project because of it.

P.S. I've added "ARCANOVER" mission and I'll add a new track with the "PONGO" mission (you can listen to it here).

    "PONGO" mission is available

This one turned out a bit too complicated, so the last mission will be a lot easier. In "GONE WRONG" you'll control the acid fly and you'll need to catch the cannon ball before it hits the ground. I'll add it today, maybe tomorrow (still working on some bugs).

I've also added a new track,
so the game got a bit heavier (315 Kb).

The Pongo mission just didn't feel right. My suggestion...Even though it would be different from the previous mission, the weapon ball should shoot out automatically so the player only needs to worry about the pong paddles, perhaps it (the ball) can even reflect off the ceiling/floor like pong? Just an idea....

I know what you mean, this is already the third version of this mission...
To me it feels like the whole pong concept isn't right.
Maybe I should just stick with the classical pong

My first "independent" game is finished!

YAY! After almost 2 weeks of (not so constant) work it's finally finished! Hope someone will get interested...

    This is the final version,
although I might change something basing on your comments.

    • short summary:
    • my favorite mission is "GONE WRONG"
    • mission that caused the most problems is "PONGO"
    • music tracks "1000" and "exit" made by JacobR
    • game mini-site is launching March 28

    thank you!
now I can continue working on flashery,
that project has just gone out of hands
