i tried doing a better version of my sisters sight i dont like the original layout. what do you guys think of the new one.

The new one. The transitions are much easier on the eye and I found it a little easier to use. Not sure about your text in.out effect though. A simple fade might be a little smoother.

Ya I like the new one myself. The file size is over 100k smaller (same amount of pics at even beter quality) and the time line is much easier to read I will be able to edit this one much easier. thanks for the post.

P.S. quick question is it possible for me to set up php on my home apache server??? I would like to have email forms instead of just the email link.
