Plug-in Checker?

Does anyone know how to do this or where I can find out how to!

When someone first comes to my site, I want something to check (maybe a script?) to see if they have the flash 4 plug-in or not. If they do, it goes to my flash page, if not, it goes to an HTML page first. Thanks in advance
