q about dragging and rotating an element

i have a layer that is draggable. no
problem with that, but-
im trying to find a way that the
mouse can rotate it as desired.
the idea being a preview window
for a page of thumbnails.
is there a way to do that with a
draggable element (using the
mouse as opposed to the keyboard?)

-not quite what i'm looking for, but i'm trying to work with it.
i'm trying to rotate it with the drag,
as opposed to spinning it as the mouse
moves around the page. in other words,
it would only rotate if you dragged it by
the corner or something like that.
