trying to create a flame effect

I'm trying to animate this logo. I want the flame to look like it's burning. How would you recommend I do this?

do a shape tween on both parts of the flame, for more accuracy, use shape hints

Somewhere on the site you'll find a fire tutorial- it will be easier using the HTML site, but the flash site is prtty cool.

thanks for the replies, I tried using the shape hints and had very little luck. I couldn't get the proper effect. The flame shape stayed the same. I'm not understanding how this will give the flame a real flame effect.
