Gradient Background effect

Hi, my clients have explicitly stated that they want the gradient background below to be used for the background of their website. I know it's not the prettiest color combination, but the customer is always right.
Does anyone know how I can re-create this gradient effect? Please help!

looks like triangle filled with gradients blue with white in the center. then cut and paste to a full circle.

But Im sure there's another way though.

its a conical fill - dont remember if you can do that in flash
