Best Real Estate Program

OK I am being hired to design a real estate website. Now I probably could design the whole thing myself but I figure why not save time, energy, etc., and buy a premade script.

Anyone know of any real good real estate scripts. Say for under $500.

I need it too have a search, multiple images enabled, and multiple people should be able to post pics of their home, and should look very professional.

PHP using MYSQL database perferred.

I've looked thru all of them at hotscripts, etc. and haven't found anything useable.

Didn't have a search by city, price, # of bed/bath function.
