It's alot easier at the top of the tech crew hierarchy too, as sad as it sounds. And just so everyone knows, my highschool broke a natural phenomina. We have good looking tech crew girls.

I would like to contest this statement... I was the tech director at my high school theater company and worked along side many attractive females. Actually the fugly awards really favored the guys…
