Can I do this with Poser 6 & Flash MX?

i need to duplicate this but i am not sure what program i could use along with Flash. I was thinking Poser 6. what do u think?

Yes u surely can I am not sure which formats poser can support but if u have 3d max installed it would be alot more easier.

U can download free human models from the following link:

Then animate the character , import the animation sequence in flash and then play with it according to your requirements
