Welcome to the cellar of the imaginary world.
In Nevermore, a place built by your discarded
memories, every thought that was once
cherished in the real world will perish here.
Among the fading colors and moving
    shadows live the abandoned imaginary
friends. James of Late is one of them, lost
between the stars and the deepest seas.
With promises long forgotten and love
poems left unread, James of Late journeys to
collect the brightest memories that will
    unravel the secrets of Nevermore.

Nice - real clean and cool. I dug the animations alot.. my only complaint really was just that there wasnt more content.. I checked out your wallpapers and whatnot, but it really left me wanting more. Real cool though!

    Hei,

just wanted to say, love your site. Very nice drawings, like the animations when you rollover something.
All self-thought??? Or got your inspiration and skills somewhere? :-)
I would love to know how you approched it all.

Thank you SO much for your feedback!

Wow! I got feedback! Thank you all for your time to post to this thread. I am constantly updating the site on the front and backend.

Here are some of the answers to your questions:

#1 James of Late's style and feel is distinctly my own.
#2 I love telling meaningful stories. My inspirations come from lack of sleep and...hmm, let me try that again. I am inspired by working with younger kids as well as studying just about everything.
#3 I updated the navigation in the Book of Days as well as added a new entry in the journal.

Please sign up on the mailinglist so I can drop you a line when new stuff comes out!

    Your fan,

    James

quite nice! i think the thing-with-the-arrows for lack of better description on the left of the text box looks a bit tacky compared to the rest though! maybe rework it a bit?
