Haha that's quite amusing
It would be fun if you'd change the appearance of the button depending on smoe of the ingreadients added (brown for chocolat ie.)
I love those cute cartoony gfx.

ha ha. I like it.

Just one small comment though, i noticed a bug (not the ones in the ingredients).

When you select the icing colour, then change your mind and remove the icing it still shows up when you serve the muffin on the final screen.

looking good, I found small bug as well, when you get the final muffin if you go to the recipie and then back to the muffin sometimes the name of it changes
