Thanks for hearing me out.
I am a basic user of Flash, and the only action script I know are the available commands built in. I have Google'd until I can Google no more. I notice that Flash has premade buttons and sliders. I want so badly to learn how make a slider affect my animation.
For instance, let's say I have a 100 frame animation. I want to append a slider to cycle through the frame. At one end of the spectrum the slider starts at frame 1 and as I drag to the other end of the slider it halts on frame 100. So the sliders area from start to finish represents frames 1 - 100. Is this possible.
Is it possible with both a verticle and horizontal slider?
Even worse, the usage of knobs and turny types of buttons.
Dear Advanced Users, Help, or point me to the right place. After buying Oreilly's Book on Action scripting, I gave up quickly as all I want to do is the aformentioned things. Knobs and Sliders come to me..>!!!!
