how can i put my flash signature on??????????????

i found this post by Flashkit. supposedly there was a link but i couldn't find it.

Its here! Flash footers for members! (A member is a board user who makes 15 or more posts!)
If this is you then why not add a flash footer to your posts! Promote your creativity and your site!
Simply click the profile link (top right) and chose the last option Flash Signature to upload your flash signature! We store them on the server for speed, and so you dont even need your own website!
When you post messages or replies there is a check box at the bottom asking if you wish to include a flash footer!
For speed reasons please only include one flash footer per thread!
