browser scroll bars for my flash web?

I'm working on a web made with flash mx 2004. When I set up the html file properties to percentage 100x100 and without scale the browser scroll bars dont show up... Any ideas on how can i fix it?

Also, if there isn't any other content on the page but the movie, you won't get a scollbar. Just the outline.

by the way, what i do need is the horitzontal scrollbar...., 'cause when u got the window minimized or just a 800x600 resolution..... there are some buttons that u cannot rise.

I see the scrollbar. If it doesn't appear by itself, I don't know, maybe your using a way older browser.

No, I see the verticle one, my screen is set at 1280x1024.

yeah, mine too, but u can minimize a little bit the browser window 'til u just see a part of the web, then the horitzontal scrollbar should apear but doesnt. So people with lower screen resolution cannot see the whole web.
