Where to find beginner's guide to SLR photography?

Hi everyone!

I will be getting my first SLR camera in a few weeks. I've never had much contact with the technical aspects of photography before (I photograph with standard 35mm compacts on a daily basis, but that is it), so I was wondering if there are any good websites out there where I can learn about 35mm SLR photography.
