well unless you just like opening and closing folders, there's work to be done. Can one do it? or is there mad emulation going on?

It's just linux with a pretty blue shell as far as I can tell. Not a windows emulator

just goes against the original mindset of Linux imo. The point was to remove useless processes. If it's a brilliantly integrated light-weight gui that's different.

It still is Linux, just has a windows feel and can read NTFS partitions (which rocks!)

So should be more friendly for people making the swap... their ISO download is soooooooooooooooooooooo sloooooooooow though... will set it off tonight before I go out see if its ready by Sunday!

Hmmm, actually... It's already been done before....

... and the last Windows clone I tried sucked so much arse in my opinion.

Doesn't mean this one will... from all reports its a very good bridge between Linux and Windows... and isn't any of this linspire crap... It works in a very similar way to windows, but without any of the security/crashing type problems we currently have...

It has its own set of problems, no native windows software being the biggest But we all know thats impossible without VMWare or some other emu running...

I'll give it a shot as soon as their crappy download completes!
