Flash Artist Required (Small Job)

Hello there, I'm currently in the midst of designing a website to display my music portfolio. There are a few flash sections involved in this site. One was the MP3 Player which I have managed to do myself. But the other is the banner, which I require a little help with.

I have attatched a picture of the banner for your viewing, basically what I require is the white sliders to all move at once from one location to another. Now this would require artwork as well as flash work. If anybody is willing to help me it would be much appreciated!!
