Don't you hate it when
you get an email from someone and they attach one of those "read receipts" on it, just so they know when you opened the mail?
It always asks me:
"Sender has requested a read-receipt, would you like to send one?"
Hell no I don't want to send one.
There's this one bastard at work who ALWAYS sends me that read receipt request with an email and I never send it. He wants to know when I looked at his annoying email so that if I don't respond immediatley then he can try and prove some kind of point.
What's with people?

create a rule where all your spam daily is forwarded to him and request a read receipt.
works wonders.

Ever send an email and a few minutes later regret what you wrote? I wish they had a "self destruct" feature you could attach...

Really? I need that. I always think as i'm pressing send, that i accidentally put the wrong email address and the person who would get it would either not understand what's going on, or offended that i'm talking about them.

if you're sending in a closed MS Exchange environment, you can retract e-mails... too bad it's not fully implemented where you can reach out and delete what you sent.
I swear I read that some mail client was doing just that in a planned version... Eudora perhaps?

A few years back I threw a sicky on a nice summer's day. The guys in the studio forwarded an email to me from a friend in the States. I emailed her back saying it was too good a day to be at work and I was sunbathing in the garden with a Tequila Sunrise. I hit send. It took about an hour before I realised it would go back to my works. Doh!
