How can I turn an jpg image into a png for my movie?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I have a movie I'm working on with a dancing figure: The body is a hand-drawn png image, and I simply took a jpg of someone and cut out their head and stuck it on top of the animated body.

This looks like a bad bobble-head doll. What I'd like to do, is have the head image look like a hand drawn image so when I put it on the body, it looks uniform. Make sense?

My problem is that I"m terribly bad at drawing soI can't make the head look good, and was wondering if there's any programs or things that can convert the jpg into an image that looks like it was hand-drawn.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!!!

In Photoshop:

File > Save As...

Change File Format to PNG.....hit the Save button.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm trying to make a photo, taken from a digital camera, look like a hand-drawn image.

can you post the image?

have you tried "tracing bitmap" to both images in flash, or maybe the cut-out filter in photoshop or whatever filter you like the look of. applying the same filters or techniques to both images may bring the style of each one closer together.

If you post the image we could get a better idea of whats required.
