Looking for advanced Flash Programmers

I'm looking for some advanced Flash Programmers who want to aid me in the development in the next big and successful site.

The Site :

Veron, will be coded in PHP by me. (Eamon)

Users:
Customizable images of themselves.
Users will be prompted upon registry of Veron (site name) to choose their eyes, hair, and mouth.
Now, this will give them a base image of themself.
Users will have to earn Gold (currency) and will be able to purchase hats, shirts, gloves, pants, and shoes.
There will be over 1,000 to choose from when we open. (Hopefully.)

What I need flash programmers for :
What a major feature in a site like this is, walking around as yourself with your avatar you made. Now this, is a quite feature; hard to program, I know.
Users should be able to walk around tile by tile. Flash will grab the image of the avatar from PHP and display that in the flash file. It will be a transparent PNG.

I'm looking to have a VERY successful gaming site, I expect profit coming in at 2k per month. So, if you are talented at Flash and want to be part of something big, Veron is for you.

The community size will probably be around 1,000 online averagly at a given time. Profits will be split between the programmers and artists.

I have done some pseudo-3D work in Flash so could help. By pseudo I mean that there are not prerendered scenes as such rather individual objects with a range of views and use actionscript to mimic Eucledian space, 3D (x, y, z) coordinates, onto a 2D plane; namely the screen.
