Xml driven site doesn't read certain jpg's HELP

This is odd and i am a bit new so i don't understadn it at all. I am trying to load photos onto a basic slide show. I am doing this with an xml file. i scripted everything and then it works but only with certain photos. The ones i test are jpg with 500 pxls on the largest. this is the same spects from the photos i am trying to load but they just don't work. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks

The Flash Player (before version 8) cannot load progressive jpegs.

If you use Photoshop, open the jpeg files, then click File -> Save for Web... and be sure to remove the check mark from the Progressive option.

Ha and tho think i just wasted an entire afternoon thinking it was something wrong with my coding. Thanks a ton i was afraid it was something like that.
