Small actionscripting job...

I may have a small Flash/Actionscript job to be done.

It is for an already built, one page Flash contact form. What needs to be done is the actionscript coding that will send the form information (3 text variables and a few radio buttons data) through a CGI or PHP script/processor on the server that will pass the information via email to the site owner. Server has CGI/Perl and PHP 4.3 availble to the site.

The contact form movie clip has been made, I only need the appropriate actionscript to be plugged in and a basic CGI or PHP script that can be uploaded to the server for processing.

I figure some more experienced actionscript coder can whip this out pretty quickly, but I have only been frustrating myself trying to make it work due to my minimal actionscript experience.

I can send the contact form clip on request.
