Radio Button Group - Turn on/off???

Is there a way to turn off the select ability of a radio button or radio button group? Basically I have a game with ()A ()B ()C ()D radio buttons to select a particular answer. Once the question has been answered correctly I would like to disable that group so they cannot select it again.

Is that possible without too much trouble?
