hi, for the past 2 days i've been trying to create electricity. i have to metal things and i would like to create electricity between the metal objects, i have had NOTHING to show for my efforts and need very desperate help!...thanks so much, i've been to 3 other sites with no luck, i hope someone can help me or teach me how to do this, seeing as how just about everything on this site has to do with flash! thanks again in advance!

this is REDICULOUS...ALL THESE PPL AND NOONE KNOWS? HOLY HELL! IM HOPELESS

try posting the art work at least so we can see what you want. try and animating it within a movie clip, prolly just use a path and move the points up and down on each frame, then when you play it, it will look like its jumpin all over the place.

lol, , well here it is http://img202.imageshack.us/img202/4475/header14pk.jpg im tryin to get lightning between those things, its not a big project, i just think it will look great for the header, i will try your advice, but if this picture changes anything about what you described plz inform me , thanks, still hopin for other options incase this dont work

WOOPS NOT lightning......ELECTRICITY SORRY
-
hmm...nope not really working, possibly could be doing it wrong :|, anyway to speed up the frame rate?
-
click on the stage on the root timeline, go to the properties panle and set the frame rate to 30fps or whatever you'd like.
-
-
hmm...anyone know the code to loop the motion? i believe its gotoAndPlay(20); but that ISNT working
-
these are frames > [][][][][][]][][]][][][a]
the frame with the 'a' in it has an action, its also the last frame of the movie clip that has the loop in it. this frame has the code:
code:
gotoAndPlay(1);
