    XML update-site

    Dear all,

In the (flash)website I'm currently working on there is a kind of news item section. There are some text fields in with text, from .xml files are loaded.
What I wanted to do now is make a webpage (probably .php) in which the webmaster can see the news items listed, create new ones, modify them and delete old new items. I thought a kind of guestbook thing would be usefull. However, I couldn't anywhere find something like this. Could someone here help me a bit? one forehand thanks !!

My suggestion would be that you use a content management system that outputs an RSS feed and read that into flash. That way you can use off the shelf system and it makes it easy to change it if needs be (you also get a bonus of users who want to read by rss can).

Here is a tutorial showing how to read RSS feeds:

    Thanks
