Custom Panel Sets bring out components library

I have a new problem in Flash MX 2004. I use dual monitors in Flash, so I've enjoyed being able to build custom panel sets. Recently, when I activate a custom panel set, it brings out the component library. This didn't used to happen. I've deleted and rebuilt the custom panel sets repeatedly, but the problem persists. Any idea how I can keep the components panel from coming out?

I found the solution. I had to open the components panel, close the libraries that were showing- Close the panel, and save the panel layouts.
