Please Help: FLV not playing

Please, your advice....

I created a new Flash 8 document and converted/imported a video to FLV format. I ran it locally and it ran perfectly. I uploaded EVERYTHING (HTML, SWF, FLV, etc...) and the browser doesn't show anything. Any ideas?

In addition, any good links online for tutorials on how to work with Flash 8 video, including deployment issues?

It's fixed. I submitted this link to my isp and it works now. Not sure if this is what fixed it, but it's good for you to know...
