I have never heard of that drink, RobbMc. That's on the list... but have to ask. How would that Midori taste in the middle of those two spice heavy drinks though?

Smooth! It's so thick it sort of lines the throat for the whole thing to slip down easy...

I will be drinking a bottle of rare 26 year-old Macallan Signatory Vintage single malt whisky.

and of course an obligatory sip of champagne, though I'm not fond of it.

Oh, that sounds classy! you keep that bottle in a paper bag?

Seriously though, I like those drink ideas. Used to be I would walk into a party, crack a beer, and more beers til it's time to leave or pass out. Now I like to check out the drink options and mix a little something and keep it moderate.

Speaking of paper bags, I love those little can-sized paper bags at the 7-11. In the morning I am getting my coffee and some workers have already put in half a day in the field, lined up with beer in hand ready to be sacked.

Smoker's Cough: Jäger with a dab of mayonaise on top.

If you want to put some hair on your chest drop a shot into a Guinness. You won't notice it until you get to the bottom.

First shot I ever did, the giant orange flag is a good investment.

you can pour jager in about anything, it tastes like liquid candy

when drinking beers i have to keep the caps in my pocket so i can keep track (when i get to like 8 or the point where all you hear is caps i stop drinking)

Happy New Years, Natsia and all.

Got 2 .750 ML bottles of Jager, and a 6-pack of Corona Extra. I'll be splitting the Jager with 2 others, probably drinking Jagerbombs (Red Bull + Jager) most of the night, enjoying the Corona during the day.

OT: funny story. My wife, after given her epidural during delivery, had the following gem of a quote towards our dr:

"man ... feels like I just took a few shots of jager"

I wanted to high five her right then and there.

Anyway, I'm probably going hard first (probably some burbon or scotch on the rocks) and then beer after that. Liquor before beer ... never fear. Beer before liquor ... never sicker.

Yeah, i did that for a couple years, but then i realized it doesn't matter any more, because with alcoholism, you don't count your drinks (especially on New Year's).

You have no idea how long it took me to write that
