Won't load properly HELP!!

Hi This is really annoying me I have spent hours working on this and at end of my tether.
I have created a preloader but when I upload it to my website it doesn't go through the preloader it just plays the the animation after a long 5 seconds with a blank screen.

Any ideas what could be wrong, I really need some help I'm a newbie.

its hard to say , could be loads of things . post the fla, ( if not loo large ) and or the code your using to preload

yepp .

all you forgot was the frame label .
so i added it . tested it and it works just fine
