well, i didn't even make it through the load time for nelsonben and the green background and fish looks very cheesy for the parklaneresort.

too many wierd textures, I dont care for the background. The worn down rough texture that you have is not bad. The text in the home page does not look like it belongs and it goes to close tot he edge. Your links should have a hit area over the text, not just the circle. I dont see the importance of the white square and rectangle up top. Your illustration of that chic is really good. There should also be a home button. Good luck

Not bad for a beginner dude. Just keep working on it and you'll be making kick ass flash sites in no time. Don't be shy to add some other elements to your site like sound or 3D renderings or some cool animations from After Effects.
