How is that sync'd

Hello...

Am looking at the marvels of Mac's interactive tour thingy and I am wondering how they have managed to sync the text coming in with what the guy is saying...? Is the man and the writing one file that has then been exported as and FLV? Hmmmm?

This is what i got

Bad Gateway

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

Additionally, a 502 Bad Gateway error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
