Pre loader help....?

I've been doing the following tutorial for a pre loader

I've done all the scripting etc and the graphic works, but, I'm not sure where to place the movie on the timeline so that it loads it up whilst playing the pre loader graphic?

Hi,

Normally the preloder will be on the first two frames of your timeline. It uses these to frames to play a loop...this is the animation...while it checks the total bytes against the total bytes loaded.

Ah, thanks for that Ponyack. I should have mentioned I'm working on a Mac, using Flash MX 2004. Does it have any tutorials for that?? I'm searching for one now on there..

Hey man, no problem. But Flash works just about the same on MAC as PC, some differences are with keyboard short cuts--ya know, like the alt key on PC and the Option key on MAC...
