That Sticky Problem,, anyone?

Is anyone having a sticking problem with the scroll bar component? I would scroll , then take my mouse off to click on another part of the site,, and the scroll bar continues to follow the y-axis of my mouse and wont let me click on anything else on the browser,,, it lets go if i click a whole load of times on the scroll bar,,,, has anyone experienced this ?

I've never had that problem. I have noticed that using some UI components in Flash 8 can make them misbehave sometimes, though.
