    Program to convert .swf to .wmv or any other video format thats free?

    Is there a program to convert .swf to .wmv, or any other video format, thats free? I know this may be a lot to ask for free but im hopeing there is a program that can do this for me. Im making something in flash that my friend wants to use in a video project but he cant work with .mov (witch is the only video format flash will publish as)

    From Flash, goto File Menu -> Export Movie.

    You can export it as an AVI file
