    Slow Down Frames?

    How do you slow down the frames?

    You slow down the movie frame rate by clicking outside the stage, then look for the fps box in properties. Change the number.

    You can only set the frame rate of a movie, not change it while the movie is running. You set it in Properties.

    Modify > Document > Frame rate

    or Ctrl+F3 > Frame rate
