Menuelements handled with variables

Hi all,

I'm interested in handling menuchoices in an more easy way than I'm doing now - now a menu choise is hiding all elements before showing the menuchoice. Since I add elemnts and the list of hide gets bigger then I thought it would be good to just hide what's showing instead of all elements, I only need to hide the element showing before showing the choice !

element(variable).hide;
element(anothervariable).show;

this is wanted, does it look possible to you?
