converting a .exe to .mov

hey guys, i have a bit o a problem with a video that was given to me as a (macromedia projector.exe) and i need to convert it toa .mov so i can make an edition to it... the problem is that i dont know how to convert it, any help would be greatly aprecciated.. thanks

Keep in mind that the projector contains the movie as well as the flash player.
