Can someone help me with this nav bar?

I have this navigation bar but want the box to move when the mouse rolls over it rather then when clicked. And also to have the color stay the same once button clicked until another is clicked.

Stuck.. I am not v. good at script.

Hope I didn't misinterpret anything, the attached flv changes the colors onRollOver as long as no button was previously pressed. If any button has been pressed, the buttons will only change color when pressed again, not onRollOver.

iONx that kicks ass. thanks. I noticed like you said that after you clcik a button the rollover effect stops. Is there anyway around this to fix it? Appreciate it.
