Nah, I just know how to please FK Arena ppl... everybody here is a sucker for grungy fonts and preset deviant art brushes (granted I am too). But the way he moved the half-covered patch from my pants to a seamless full one on the new perspective of his is far more technically advanced than my dinky typography.

Cool image, man. I really like what you did with the text.

Something that is catching my eye though, is the lighting on the noose. It looks like it's being lit from the front when it seems like it should be far more backlit. It's better near the top, but the loop starts to push you out of the illusion, so to speak.

Nice image NJP3. I really like the feel of the image, sorta an Ondraedan (and more recently, Ctranter) feel to it.

Keep it up.

Crits:
-I think the pants outside the window seem out of place. The room is really dreary, but the sky outside is all nice and warm. I would have gone with something a little darker.
-As Rush said, the lighting on the noose is a little off.
-The masking on the noose seems a little sharp, and when coupled with the lighting issue it makes it look outside of the image; especially near the bottom.
-Great text treatment, I like the placement.

yeah I made it in a somewhat brain dead and impatient mood, thats part of the reason why the blending is a bit below par. Thanks for the comments guys keep em up, although I cant say this image is on the same level of ondraedan or ctranter's MM image...that thing blew me away, I would love to see a walk through of what all he did with it.
