    yep.

    Honestly, I use Safari on the Mac. Use the Window > Activity button and you'll see a large file coming down... double click it in that window and you'll download it. Append the *.flv filename to it, and then I convert to *.mp4 via iSquint. There are other ways... look above for another easy method.
